Red Snapper after Skiing, Bregenz, Austria, 4-2021

   

After a morning of cross country skiing for lunch Franz grilled us a delicious red snapper stuffed with fresh herbs, dill, salt, pepper and lemon juice. A side of cilantro lime rice and buttered asparagus. We have tasted grilled fish in so many places we have visited with many wonderful sauces but our favorite is when it is kept simple as the Spanish do and let the subtle flavor of the fish shine. What a tasty day!
